Factory Profile

World-class Light Gauge Steel (LGS) manufacturing facility

GFK Commercial operates a vertically integrated manufacturing facility specializing in Light Gauge Steel (LGS) modular buildings, expandable homes, and commercial pod systems. We supply global trade buyers, developers, and accommodation operators with factory-assembled, transport-ready structures engineered for international compliance.

Vertically integrated production

Steel framing, insulation, interior fitout, electrical, and plumbing are completed in-house under a single quality control system — eliminating the coordination risk of multi-trade site builds.

Engineered for global extremes

All structures are designed to meet rigorous international codes (ICC, Part L, NCC). Cyclonic-rated framing (Region D), WUI-compliant fire resistance, and high snow-load specifications are available on request for extreme climates.

43+ product configurations

From 19 sqm compact pods to 160 sqm multi-module residences, our catalog covers residential granny flats, commercial F&B pods, glamping cabins, mining camps, and resort precincts.

Trade-only pricing model

We supply exclusively to trade buyers — builders, developers, and accommodation operators. Volume pricing, white-label options, and dedicated project coordination are included as standard for qualified accounts.

Manufacturing workflow
01

Project intake

Review buyer role, destination market, quantity, target use, and whether the opportunity is residential, agricultural, or accommodation-led.

02

Configuration and scope review

Confirm the expandable layout, optional upgrades, finishes, and whether the quote is for a standard shell or a more tailored commercial request.

03

Packing and loading plan

Assess folded transport configuration, loading sequence, and handoff assumptions before shipment is scheduled.

04

Export and after-sales handoff

Move into order follow-up, document exchange, and buyer-side coordination for unloading, site works, and local approvals.

Loading and export readiness
  • Factory-direct communication instead of routing buyers through a software-style self-serve flow
  • Structured inquiry capture that collects buyer role, country, quantity, timeline, and project type up front
  • Transportable and relocatable terminology used where approval and siting context matters
  • Scope boundaries stated explicitly so buyers understand what remains site-side or project-specific
